Aqua model is a waste of money. The concept was good but for a luxury home it can’t mop and clean the floors. Total disappointment.

Installed L20 ultra and impressed with cleaning so far (3 cleans 🙂) however the app needs improving, in a room that is half hard floor and half rug the ai doesn't detect the 'carpet' and manually placing carpet is fiddly and easily confused the robot when it tries to react to it because there's no absolute measure and the robot itself doesn't notice the difference. Also no deep clean option on a customisd schedule. But these are picky items I can maybe resolve over time
