Please check whether the charging base cable is properly connected. If the cable is loose, the base may fail to supply power to the robot, causing it to back off and attempt to search for another power source.
If the control of the robot is shared with other users, please make sure that no one else is operating it at the same time.

Hello,

for the issue of the robot starting automatically, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check whether a scheduled clean has been enabled.
The robot may temporarily disconnect from and reconnect to the charging base if it is accidentally touched, causing the charging contacts to lose connection.
