Does vacuum learn 'couch legs are bad' eventually?

It's mapped area out well. But did manage to get stuck on first pass under angled couch leg

I'm unsure why, but my vaccum and mop functions have gone dramatically down hill since I moved house. They were questionalble to begin with. The vaccuum used to leave little rolls of dust around on the floor, i can can only describe them as lint poos. The mop feature was actually really good in my old place. But now it doesnt even wet the floor, and the vaccum igores half the room and rushes around the rest of it leaving so much behind. Am I doing something wrong? I've mapped and remapped the new place. Cleaned out the mop tray, emptied the bag and the little channel that feeds into it. set the mop saturation to high. But it just doesnt like its new home it seems

I have just got the vacuum/mop D20 and love it so much. Absolutely delighted with it. I wish I could put some detergent in the water for the mop as I love a nice smell round the house. But don’t want to ruin the warranty. Brilliant product. Love leaving the house and my vacuuming and moping is getting done!

Hi all, I have just brought an L50 ultra mop and vac. I have found it to be very good, however I have one issue I have long pile rugs and the side brush keeps tangling. I was wondering can I turn off the side brush off when it vacs the rugs? Thank you for your help
