💡We are curious! How many Dreame products do you have at home?

Hi I have Dreame gen 2 but it is not charging properly also the outer casing is open and won’t stay closed how do I get a replacement

I have had the D20 pro plus for a while now and it is a really good hoover, not the best mop but good in that department for a freshen up on hard floors, I have put it upstairs now to make room for my new x60 pro ultra complete  which I have tested once and the only thing I am not impressed with is the threshold capability, it cannot go into my conservatory very well as it is a backdoor double threshold and it was one of the the main reasons I purchased it, however I can try threshold ramps but paying so much and then paying out again is a bit annoying.  I love the cleaning suction, mopping efficiency and self cleaning mop pads, hoover emptying itself also.  The side brush baseboard cleaner can only be used alone so a bit pointless and easily lost if not permanently attached so just a gimmick as I cannot see it being very much use, it is too small and fixed in one position.
