If the auto‑empty function starts but fails to actually empty the dust, please check whether the outlet of the dust box is blocked by clumped hair or fibers. These may not be easily sucked in and could obstruct the fan. Please clean it manually. In addition, we recommend increasing the cleaning frequency and the number of auto‑empty cycles to reduce dust buildup.

3. Make sure the robot completes the cleaning task and returns to the base station on its own. If the battery is low during return or if the return process is interrupted manually, auto‑emptying will not be triggered. 4. After the cleaning task is finished, you may manually tap the Dust Collection / Auto‑Empty button in the app to test whether the auto‑empty function is working.

For the issue where the robot does not automatically empty the dust, please try the following steps: 1. Please go to Base Station Settings to check the Auto-Empty Frequency. The robot will perform dust collection according to the frequency you set. 2. Please check whether the robot is in Do Not Disturb (DND) mode. The base station will not auto‑empty during DND. You can go to “More Functions” to turn off DND and try again.

Hello, under normal circumstances, the robot will not wash the mops, drain water, or refill the water tanks when it is performing a vacuum‑only task. Could you please check whether the cleaning task has been set to “Vacuum first, then mop”? This setting may cause the robot to return to the base between rooms to prepare for mopping.
