I can’t get the app to work despite disabling my sky router from 5Gh to 2.4 any ideas ?

I’d try this in order:
        1.        Reset the robot Wi-Fi
        2.        Put phone + robot right next to the router
        3.        Make sure phone has Bluetooth + location enabled
        4.        Check Wi-Fi name/password only use letters/numbers
        5.        Turn off any MAC filtering / whitelist settings
        6.        If using Sky Max Hub, change security to WPA2 temporarily
        7.        If it still fails, pair it through a mobile hotspot first
