Not easy to manage from app

Is there any help available here

App is clunky not much of manoeuvring possible. Also selecting a map is a process. Need to know how to make Dreame to go back to missed areas or if there is an issue then solve it

What's it missing, whole rooms or bits within a room? You can pick just that room in the app and send it back, and if it keeps skipping the same spot I'd factory reset and let it remap from scratch.

It’s not cleaning properly not detecting spots as well as map not generated properly

I'd factory reset and let it remap from scratch, then see how it cleans on a fresh map.
