Go to “Me” → “Device Sharing” → enter the account ID of your family member or friend → tap “Share”.

Once your family member or friend accepts the sharing request in the app, both of you will be able to control the robot together.

Hello everyone,
Today I received the Dreame Matrix 10 Ultra robot vacuum.
I was informed via email that this model supports Matter with a QR code, however after unboxing and setting it up, I couldn’t find any Matter QR code or Matter option in the app.

Does the Matrix 10 Ultra actually support Matter, or was this information incorrect?

Hello,The Matrix 10 Ultra series currently has partial Matter support. Certain devices or features have not received it yet, and the corresponding OTA updates are being released in phased batches. One product, and thats D20 Ultra. Using it since November 2025. Very happy with it.
Hey everyone

I bought my product in September. I had a full month then it stopped sucking and mopping properly and the base was constantly filthy no matter how much I cleaned it. It was taken away and returned but it was worse an started squeaking. It was taken away again mid December and it's February and I haven't had it back. How long does it normally take? Has anyone else had this issue. I was going to try another brand but I spent a lot of money on accessories and this is heart breaking.... ☹️

We have the D9 and it’s great. But I think I’m going to upgrade to the D10 with the spinning mops as the machine I have has a static mop which wipes rather than mopping. But I would recommend the brand to everyone as you can just see and feel the quality
