it’s probably defaulting to vacuum and mop mode, which is why it feels like it’s mopping first instead of properly picking up debris. Open the Dreamehome app, tap on your X40 Ultra, and change the cleaning mode to Vacuum only instead of Vacuum & Mop. If the mop pads are still attached, the robot can sometimes prioritise mopping, so it’s worth removing them completely if you just want a proper vacuum run. Also double check that suction is set to Turbo or Max so it actually lifts dirt off hard floors. Once those are set, it should behave like a normal vacuum and stop trying to mop first.
