Not enough water whilst mopping

Hi all,

I used to set my L10S ULTRA to vacuum and mop with very wet mop pads and it had sufficient water to mop my kitchen and lounge without an issue at all.

The last couple of days the robot only seems to draw in enough water to clean maybe 2sq meters. Then it continues to mop the rest of the downstairs dry!!?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hello, please try to fix the issue by following the steps below first:

1. After washing mop pads , remove the mop pad from the mop pad holder, only install the mop pad holder into the robot, start mopping task from base station, wait for 5 minuites, check if there are any water droplets on the ground.

2. If no water flows out in the test above, please remove the mop pad holder, then use iron wire, toothpicks, or other items to poke the water outlets at the bottom of the robot(please refer to attached picture). Check if the mopping issue will be fixed.
