iOS app doesn't work right

Hello!
At a start - multiple reinstalls don't help - everything works perfectly on Android.
Recently we've bought L10 and installed Deamehome app on both our iPhones. The configuration went smooth. Then we started mapping for the first time. After the first mapping, the map looked good, but we were unable to save it.


After going to Map Management the map is not visible. Even after we remap, it doesn't work, map is not visible. It only becomes visible if I toggle (on/off) Multi-floor map option - then I still can't save the map. I can try to edit map to add areas etc. but it doesn't let me, as the map is not saved.


When the L10 is cleaning a room, I can't see a 'live view'

After one of the reinstals I lost ability to do anything around L10, all options are grayed. Reinstal doesn't help.

I finally installed the app on Android device and surprise surprise - EVERYTHING works perfectly there!

What should I do to make this work on iOS?
