I am reaching out for assistance with my Dreame X50 robot vacuum, which I received as a replacement after my Dreame X40 had an issue with the water tank. Unfortunately, the X50 is now not turning on. I noticed that it appeared as offline in the app, so I removed it from my account with the intention of reinstalling it. However, the device does not power on at all. I have already tried resetting the unit, but nothing happens. There is a white light on the water tank, so the issue is not related to the power supply or plug. Could you please advise on how to proceed, or let me know if further service is needed? Thank you in advance for your support
