DOESN'T TURN ON

I am reaching out for assistance with my Dreame X50 robot vacuum, which I received as a replacement after my Dreame X40 had an issue with the water tank.

Unfortunately, the X50 is now not turning on. I noticed that it appeared as offline in the app, so I removed it from my account with the intention of reinstalling it. However, the device does not power on at all.

I have already tried resetting the unit, but nothing happens. There is a white light on the water tank, so the issue is not related to the power supply or plug.

Could you please advise on how to proceed, or let me know if further service is needed?

Did you try to remove robot from station and then attempt to power on?

Please clean the charging contacts of the charging cradle/base station and the robot to ensure good contact when the robot is charging.
If it still cannot start, please manually place the robot on the charging cradle/base station, align the metal contact piece, and observe whether the robot can start automatically.
If it still cannot start, it may be that the internal circuit is faulty and you need to contact our after-sales department for repair.
