I have enabled the camera in the app and agreed to the policy, et cetera but when I start the camera, I put my pin number in it requested and then says loading data and nothing happens on the main page of the robot vacuum. I click the camera and it says failed. Any ideas, please?

1. Please check and update the APP version first. Go to the App Store/Google Play Store to update the Dreame App version to Android 2.0.4, iOS 2.03-585 and above.
2. Please restart the robot and try again.
3. If the problem persists, please go to "Me-Help&Feedback-Report Logs".
