I recently purchased a Dreamy robot vacuum and ran it in test mode. It returned to the dock, cleaned the mop, and I emptied the dirty water tank — but I noticed the water was cold, even though I had set it to use hot water in the settings. I also updated the firmware to the latest version before the test.
Could you please advise what might be causing this issue?

During the heating process, cold water takes a while to heat up. When cleaning the mop, some cold water is released first, and then hot water flows out, so there will not be hot water immediately after cleaning the mop.
To help you resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that the hot water wash mop pad switch is activated in the APP before washing.
2. When using hot water to wash the mop pad, please note that the water tank will not heat up, but the mop pad will be washed with hot water.
3. After washing the mop pad, check whether the mop pad is warm to confirm that the hot water wash function has been successfully activated.
