1st run on the new Robot on Saturday. Worked like a dream - straight lines, coordinated and efficient.
2nd run today - the lines - very randomn? Nothing has changed, all furniture in the same position as well. We took out some of the rooms as they arent really used and it seemed to have a melt down. I have added no mop areas as it seems to get stuck under furniture for a while but didnt really help? Weird

Hello, you can check and clean the foreign objects wrapped around the main wheel.

Then check if there are any foreign objects or hair wrapped around the LDS rotating part, which hinders the LDS rotation. Please try to tap the LDS cover to check if it can rebound.

Check if there are any uneven, warped stickers or large objects on the robot surface. If your robot is new, please check if the protective film on the robot body is warped. If so, please remove it.

Please try to tap the front bumper of the robot to check if it can rebound.

Please wipe the line laser sensor and AI recognition sensor to ensure that there are no fingerprints or dust.

If the above steps do not work, try to restore the robot to factory settings to see if this problem can be solved.
