[L40 Ultra] Mopping pads are dry after 7m²

Wel mopping the floor the pads come dry after 7m², we hear the water pump to the mops but the vacuum keeps gooing even with dry pads. There is water in the big clean water tank in the base station, en the cleaning of the pads works. Could rmthis be a fault in the system?

Hello, this situation may be caused by the blockage of the pipe inside the robot, which makes the small water tank unable to wet the mop.

After washing the mop pad, remove the mop pad from the mop pad holder, install only the holder on the robot, start the mopping task from the base station, wait for 5 minutes, and check if there are water drops on the ground.

If no water flows out in the above test, remove the mop pad holder and poke the water outlet at the bottom of the robot with a wire, toothpick or other object (please refer to the attached picture). Check whether the mopping problem is solved.

We recommend that you test this because the water on the mop may have come from the base station. After the base station cleans the mop, some water will remain on the mop.
