Hi can someone advise me on where we buy replacement mops fpr or L40 ( we call him Billy Whizz as he whizzes about doing the cleaning ) please

We switched from a very old Roborock to the top Dreame X40 Ultra, and what a disappointment. It sucks at cleaning dog fur, and leaves big chunks of fur from our dog on all carpets, so that I have to manually vacuum them once a week..

Pet free home but with children so 🤷 😔

Please use clearer naming of models as it’s very confusing when trying to decide.  I thought the L50 ultra “Pro” would have the Pro-leap feature.  Turns out it only has a smaller easy leap which is not what I need.
Now  with a model that doesn’t suit my thresholds.  Very annoying.

Make the name and specs clearer please.
