[L10 Prime] Malfunction after update

Good day!

I have a Dreame L10 Prime robot vacuum cleaner purchased on Amazon in Italy. After the latest firmware update, it constantly shows the error "water tank empty," even though the water tank is full. The container is clean, the filter is rinsed, and the tank is properly installed. After resetting to factory settings, the robot cleaned the floor once, but then the error reappeared.

The base works fine, it fills with water and self-cleans without issues. But the robot itself doesn’t "see" the water.

Could you please advise what might be causing this and how to fix it? I’m ready to provide the serial number and a video.

Hello, please reinstall the water tank and press gently to ensure that the water tank is docked accurately with the base station.

You can take out the water tank and check whether the float and float magnet at the bottom of the water tank are in place (see the attached picture). If they are missing, you need to contact the after-sales department for further assistance.
