I installed the Raw 7 water connection kit today but have been unable to get it to work after several attempts. Every time it fails its connection test saying the water does not drain. To ensure it wasn't the piping I dosconnected the one way valve fans had a small pipe directly from the outlet to a bowl but it still failed. If I tried to wash the mops I had an error that the washboard water level was high and it was. The water connection water exchange unit sounded like it was gurgling and letting in air. When I takes the x50 to empty itself of water, water was pumped out of the robot through the waste pipe to the bowl. I have tried numerous times disconnecting and reconnecting the unit but I get the same error.

1. Make sure the screw of the water hookup kit are tightened clockwise.
2. Take out the wash board to check whether there is debris and clean it.
3. Do not open the sealing cover during the sewage pumping process, Make sure the sealing cover of the water hookup kit is installed in place with a flat surface.
4. Press the water hookup kit to ensure that the seal between the base station.
5. Reinstall the used water pipe adapter in place on the back of the base station and check that the abnormality is eliminated after it is installed. If not eliminated, remove the used water pipe adapter, press the drainage port at the back of the base station with your finger and prepare a container to catch the water, observe again whether the sewage will come out, If so, determine that the used water adapter is faulty.
