Please fill the clean water tank error

I have just purchased the H12 Pro and am getting this error. I researched this error message and have emptied the tank and pressed the valve at the bottom of the tank many times and am still getting the error

Hello, if the clean water tank contains pure water with high purity, the clean water tank sensor is not easy to identify and may cause false alarms.

Please check whether the clean water tank is installed in place. If not, please reinstall it and try again.
