My robot suddenly said that the wheels are suspended and it’s stucked when it’s not. I haven’t change anything in the room either. It just don’t want to clean 🤯

Hello, you can refer to the following steps to see if this problem can be resolved:

Check to see if the main wheels are off the ground. This prompt will also appear if the main wheels are suspended in the air.

Clean the cliff sensor with a clean cloth, move the robot to a flat location, and restart.

Turn the main wheels manually to check that both wheels rotate properly. Check for any foreign objects caught in the main wheels. If any, remove them.

If the above steps do not work, reset the robot and try again. Open the top cover and press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Starting factory reset."
