[A1 Pro] LIDAR MALFUNCTION

Hi, after only a week of use, one day the robot stopped working and showed an error - Lidar Malfunction.
I tried everything - cleared LIDAR, restarted the robot, reinstalled the application, nothing helped.

Any suggestions?

Hello, please upload the log in the app and provide us with your robot's SN. We will contact our technicians for further analysis.

Upload the log: Me - Help & Feedback - Report Log, select the device and the app's log, then click Upload.

Hi, Thanks 1 - i dont have device serial number now, because i allready took it in for warranty repair 2 - in Dream app i dont have such an option ''Upload'' - only ''Report logs'' - see in attachment
