X50 ultra complete stopped working

Hi, a little context - I am a happy owner of a robot vacuum cleaner x50 ultra complete, which was purchased on July 21, successfully configured and updated to the current version of the software, everything was fine until today, today I decided to start cleaning in the application and saw this error - "the current region does not match the model", this seems very strange to me, since until this day everything was in perfect order, the device was purchased in an official store, which is a distributor, there is a receipt and everything. I am interested in what I should do in this situation, return the device under warranty, wait for the software bug to be fixed, what should I do?

Hello, this error may occur when using a non-EU version of the robot in a European country. Please provide the following information and we will contact a technician to check it for you.

2. Region selection in the app
3. SN number on the bottom of the robot
