If my Dreams didn’t finish the task the last time (say it ran out of battery before finishing mopping) but it didn’t matter to me, how do I get it to start from scratch the next time rather than finishing mopping?

Hello, if you'd like the robot to resume cleaning where it left off after fully charging, you can do so by following the steps below: Go to the top-right corner > More Functions > Resume Cleaning Mode.

Note: If Do Not Disturb mode is enabled or the robot triggers an error message during cleaning, the robot will not be able to continue cleaning.

If you'd like the robot to restart a task from the beginning, select mode in Customize and click Start.
