LDS Dysfunction X50 Ultra

Hello, I bought the dreame x50 Ultra in May 2025.


For 2 days now, the robot isn't working anymore because the LDS is not rising up.
I've tried many things from the app and sercher on the internet but nothing worked.
"raise LDS" (from the app) and factory resetting the robot did'nt work either.
