x40 hit obstacles when finish to clean

Hi,

When my x40 Ultra finishes cleaning a room and is supposed to return to its base, it almost seems lost. It starts moving around the house randomly, bumping into objects, and I don't like that. How can I fix it?

Hello, ensure that the charging dock/station is powered on. Then place the robot 1-2 meters in front of the charging dock/station and briefly press the "Dock" button on the robot. Check if the robot can return to the station normally.

If the robot can return to the charging dock/station to charge, please follow the instructions below:

The charging dock/station needs to be placed against a wall. It is recommended to place the dock in a relatively open area, ensuring no obstacles within a 1.5-meter range in front of the dock and 0.5 meters on each side.
1. Keep it away from signal interference, such as routers, TVs, etc.
2. Ensure there are no reflective surfaces opposite, such as mirrors, windows, etc.
3. During the cleaning process, ensure the robot departs from the charging dock/station and check if the LDS laser sensor on top of the robot is rotating normally.

If the above steps do not work, open the top cover of the robot and press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to restart the robot. Then move the dock to an open area and try again.
