We've had it for nearly a month now. During the first week, it was set up to perform two cleanings every day. The first cleaning included vacuuming followed by mopping on high settings across the entire ground floor, scheduled for around 4 a.m. The second cleaning involved vacuuming and mopping on medium settings for the entire ground floor at around 3:15 p.m.
After the first week, we adjusted the schedule. Now, it performs a medium-level cleaning at night six days a week, and on one day, it does a max vacuum and very wet mopping. Additionally, every day at around 3:15 p.m., it does a Genius clean. This timing works perfectly since we’re out picking up the kids from school, so it doesn’t disturb anyone at home.
I just got mine after having it for Christmas and the hinge was broken. dreame offered to send a replacement and it came today, I have it on for 5am every morning as I used to have it twice a day. I am going to see how we get on with once a day cleaning.
