Hello,

You can modify the WiFi password by following the steps below:
1. Install the router and connect to the router WIFI network using a mobile phone or computer
2. Check the login IP of the router.
3. Use a browser to log in to the router interface
4. Enter the login account and password
5. Find Advanced Settings or Wireless Settings in the interface menu and modify the WiFi name and password
6. Save, restart the router, and then re-enter the WiFi password to connect

Hello, this morning app was not working (blank screen) so I tried remove and install it again. The app worked after reinstallation but I lost all X40 settings, map and history cleanings. Ho do I recover from this situation? Regards

Hello, usually, reinstalling or uninstalling the app will not cause data loss, only resetting the device will cause data loss.

Did you log in with a different email address? If the data is lost and cannot be recovered, you can only recreate the map.

How to share the apparatus with another person in the same apartment?
Hello! Click the 3 dots "..." in the top right corner---Click "Device Sharing"---Enter the account ID of your friends/family---Click "Share".
 
Installing went well, but device is offline in the app. Allready tried to reconnect to the wifi multiple times. Last time it looks okay but again device is offline now. Seems it gets offline when it arrives in the dock.. please help me!
Is the Wi-Fi indicator flashing? If the Wi-Fi signal is poor, the robot may be offline. Or try turning the router off and then on, then refreshing the app to see if the robot is online.
 
This has already been mentioned by others, but can you ensure scale inhibitor for the x50 is available for the UK market. I intend to frequently change this due the hardness level of the water in my area.
