[X50 Ultra Complete] Firmware not up to date? Dropped Mop errors? losing its position?

Lately this machine has basiucally gone haywire and is driving me crazy. But I'll start from the beginning:

We changed another brand for this one at the store (the other brand was playing up too). Brought it home and set it up. Worked a treat, mapped the floor, got the scheduling setup, all fine.

Problem 1.  I tried to get technical with the scheduling and sweep every second day and mop and sweep every other day. I found I could only do this using the custom setup in the scheduling, just below the clean genius setting. When I set it, the scheduling failed and the robot did not even leave the dock. so, I sucked it up and went back to the clean genius setting, couldn't to mop every day right?

Problem 2. After about 5 months, the robot started to go through its cycle and I noticed after barely starting, it would stop for about 30 seconds, swwitch back on again say "Start cleaning", locate itself and them promplty head back to the docking stration to clean the mop pads, empty the water, refill and come back to start all over again. This got mnore and more frequent to the point where id run out of water, even after making sure it was full. the clean wouldnt get half way completed.

Problem 3. after doing some reseach and scrolling through the app, my firmware version is at 4.3.9_2033, but your website states the latest version is 2044. yet the app states that the firmware is the latest version and is not updating.

Problem 4. now recently the robot is stopping stating its dropped a mop and just wont continue even thouigh the mops clearly are still attached!

What have I done? Well, I went to t he site and start researching. I have basically done everything I could find that has been suggested here.

1. Swithed it off and on again
2. Made sure there is nothing on t he floor causing an issue
3. Throughly emptied and cleaned averything that needed to be emptied and cleaned
4. Deleted the map and remapped the floor.

None of which made any difference. The only thing I havent done yet is delete the device and start from scratch, but Im hesitant to do that just yet. As suggested that should be a last resort.

Im hoping a firmware update might fix it but I can see no way of doing this manually.

Good day,

The frequency at which the robot returns to clean the mop is determined by the Mop-washing frequency setting. You can try increasing the area to see if it improves the situation.

Not everyone has the same firmware version. Even in the same region, the firmware version pushed by the app may vary.

For the fault where the mop pad holder falls off, please check if the mop holder still has magnetism. If not, you need to contact our after-sales department for further assistance.

You may also check if there is any dirt at the installation position of the mop pad holder, as this might affect the detection of whether it is installed. If it is dirty, please thoroughly clean the affected area.

Where is the setting for mop washing frequency?

The mops don't actually fall off, the machine just says they have and it wont move until its fixed, but I don't know what to fix because the mops are attached. I can shake t he machine and they don't fall out. the machine is barely a year old.
