How to get UK power supply or adapter

I ordered the Dreame A2 Robot Mower from Dreamestore.co.uk.
It shipped without either a Uzk plug on the power supply or a UK adapter. So I could not charge it up. I have contacted multiple different people each of whom gives me a different story. I asked how to swap the power supply for the proper UK one. Nobody knew. I asked what nationality adapter I should buy to charge temporarily whilst awaiting for the proper UK power supply to arrive - nobody knew.
Can anyone confirm whether there even exists a power supply for this Robot Mower with a properly waterproof and fit for purpose UK three pin plug on it? If so how do I get mine swapped over? If not surely to comply with UK legislation the device should have included a safe UK adapter?
How can I get one of these? I do not particularly want to return the device because I have never even got the chance to use it but what choice do I have?
Also the Dreamehome.co.uk site specifically mentions a UK support line but whenever I call I am told that replacements will take three weeks to arrive from China. And that my case has been escalated to someone else but as yet I have had no response. I have explained that I will require a full refund if I cannot charge the device because it would be unfit for purpose and not delivered in a saleable condition for the UK but I cannot get any UK support or a sensible response. I am worried if I wait much longer I will not be able to get my full refund. Help! Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received.
