[L10s Pro Gen 2] Robot went offline

Hello, please follow the steps below to resolve your issue:

1. Check if the robot is turned off. If so, press and hold the robot's power button to turn it on, then reconfigure the network. (Tap "+Add Device" to reconfigure the network.)

2. Open the robot's lid (as shown in the image) and monitor the Wi-Fi indicator while configuring the network. A solid blue Wi-Fi indicator indicates a successful connection.

3. If the Wi-Fi indicator is solid blue but the app shows the device as offline, try reconfiguring the network. (Tap "+Add Device" to reconfigure the network.) Please note that resetting the robot will also reset the map and other settings.

4. If the Wi-Fi indicator is flashing, check your network connection for a weak signal. During cleaning, poor Wi-Fi coverage may cause the robot to be offline.

5. If the device still cannot connect, try turning your router off and back on, then refresh the app to check if the robot is online.
