I select the room to clean, it starts as usual. When it is finished, sometimes before it is finished the map is gone. It also does not save the cleaning history. I have done several restarts but the problem is still there.Does it have limitations on the number of square meters of internal map it can save? Or limitations in the cloud?

Hi, please try the following steps:

1. Update the firmware to the latest version.

2. Change the location of the charging dock (ensure it's clear of obstacles and within optimal Wi-Fi coverage), then delete the original map and rebuild it.

3. The robot must be powered on from the charging dock. Once powered on, do not change the charging dock's location.

4. After cleaning, allow the robot to complete its cleaning mission and automatically return. If the battery is low, manually charging the robot or manually returning it to the charging dock will prevent the map from being saved.

5. The robot will build a map while cleaning. If an alarm sounds during cleaning, please address it and return the robot to a cleaned area.

6. It is recommended that you do not install the water tank when building a map for the first time.
