Dreame L10 2nd generation

I have out risers on my sofa to enable my robot to clean underneath but he still is avoiding the area. Any idea of what’s wrong.

The robot may recognize objects with similar heights as obstacles. We recommend that the gap under the sofa should be about 5 cm higher than the robot.

If the height requirement is already met, we suggest you create a specific cleaning zone and assign the robot to clean this area separately to see if it can successfully clean under the sofa.
