Map Rotated by 45°

Just got my X50 Master. After initial mapping the map has decided to orient itself by 45°. See image.

This results in the vacuum performing it's stripes diagonally across every room, which is highly inefficient.

It's possible to rotate the map but only by 90° increments, so that's of no use.

Is remapping the only solution to fixing and if so how do i prevent this happening again?

This situation may occur if the base station is placed at an angle.

It is recommended that you reposition the base station and have the robot start from the base station to perform global cleaning tasks. The robot will automatically update the map during the cleaning process.

The charging base needs to be placed against a wall. It is recommended to position the base in a relatively open area and ensure there are no obstacles within 1.5 meters in front and 0.5 meters on both sides of the base.

Keep it away from signal interference, such as routers and TVs. There should be no reflective surfaces like mirrors or windows opposite it.
