Automatic water adding outlet nozzle keeps falling off on X40

The rubber nozzle that is the water adding outlet keeps falling off. I will find it every couple of days in the mop cleaning area, and I have to push it back on. Is there a way to better fix the rubber nozzle to the pipe outlet to prevent this from happening? See photos for details of part that I am referring to. Many thanks

I have now been waiting over 2 months for a rubber nozzle which should cost cents. I keep being told it will be sent to me then I hear nothing. So I keep having to chase. I have been told it has been escalated and will be sent but again nothing.
The products seem decent but the customer service for the UK is non existent. I would be very wary of buying one of their products if anything goes wrong. Shame but a case of good product let down by poor service.
