AR mapping fails to save

I am trying to AR map my rooms and it seems that the app fails to save the input. Does it happen to you? I am using the iOS version of the app.

Hello, please follow the instructions below to create a new map:

Tap the map icon in the app, turn on the "Multi-Floor Map" switch, and then tap the "+ Create Map" icon below to create a new map.

You can choose to start cleaning or quickly create a map to create a map.

3. After the map is created, the robot will automatically save the map and complete the zoning. A maximum of three or four maps can be saved.

Please note:

1. For the first map, start the robot from the base station to complete the map.

2. Do not change the base station position during the map creation process. Open the room door before creating a map.

3. If you manually return the robot to the base station during the map creation process, or if the map creation process is interrupted, the map will not be saved or updated.
