Dreame L40s pro ultra

Hi
I just noticed that my model should come with 2 side brushes (one installed and one spare) and the dirty water tank should have deodoriser. But we only received one side brush and our dirty water tank has nothing in it, it’s simply a container.
Can you please help and resolve this?
