Bought a vacuum 2 months ago and worked well for few weeks. Now the robot does not complete the cleaning.

It seems the machine may be malfunctioning while cleaning carpets. Could you provide an updated photo of the actual carpet?

Our machine is not suitable for long-pile carpets taller than 2 cm.
