Dreame L40 ultra ae firmware update

I am unable to update the firmware on my L40 Ultra AE. It seems stuck on 4.3.9_1643 which seems to be over a year old. It seems as if significantly later, multiple, versions have been released.

I have rebooted and tried changing region UK-NL and back again, but to no avail

Have you enabled the automatic firmware update feature?

Is your device a test machine in collaboration with our marketing department? If it is a test machine, it might not receive firmware version updates, and there may be no update plan for the firmware version.

Our L40s AE was purchased directly from Dreame UK a month ago and has the same firmware.
Are you certain there is a later update?
