Matrix 10

I have recently purchased the matrix 10 but it stops cleaning half way through and just pauses dont even go back to the base.

Please ensure that no pets or family members have accidentally pressed the pause button.

Please check if the robot is stuck or blocked by obstacles/objects, causing the cleaning task to pause.

Check the app for any error messages.

If the issue persists, try resetting the robot to see if it resolves the problem.
