Mop pads washing with Hot water

I have the same issue as another user.
All my settings are correct and I washed the mop pads. The mop pads are not even warm. The water is also ambient temperature, Sam as in the clean water tank. What do you suggest?

The base station needs some time to heat the cold water. When washing the mop, some cold water will be released first before hot water comes out. Therefore, hot water won't be available immediately after washing the mop.

The 70°C water temperature was measured in a laboratory testing environment. The actual water temperature depends on your home's room temperature. If the room temperature is low, the water temperature will be slightly cooler.

We suggest you go to the 【Dreamehome】APP → tap the bottom right corner, switch to 【Custom Cleaning】 → tap 【Base Station】 → tap 【Base Station Settings】 → and adjust the mop washing water temperature to 【High Temperature】 mode.

So, I have been looking at various different ways to see if there is any hot water used. If I used the “clean the washboard” option, the mop pads are warm. If I wash the mop pads under any settings, they are cold if I check them immediately after wash.
I think a software update or something similar is needed to fix this problem. The machine has ability to heat the water but not doing so in wash mode or after every use.

We recommend that you use a device with a temperature probe to check the hot water temperature at the outlet location shown in the image below. Please do not touch it with your hands to avoid burns.

I aslo have this problem. The mop pads are cold and not hot at all. I dont have a base station settings on my app.
