Off line ?

The device keep showing off-line it seems to come back in line when fully charged, the device is next to the router and I have done a factory reset and cleaned it all etc, is it faulty ?

Hello, the robot will go offline when it is turned off. Please check if your robot has turned off when it is not charging.

It’s in its docking station fully charged sometimes goes off line then back on again / it’s only just started doing this in the last week
