[X50 Ultra Complete] Latest firmware?

Which one is the latest firmware for Dreame X50 Ultra Complete as of now?
Mine stuck at 4.3.9_2103 for months...

Hello，

Regarding your X50 being stuck on version 4.3.9_2103, have you enabled automatic updates?

If not, please enable it.

If you have already enabled this feature, please provide us with the SN number located on the bottom of your robot and the firware screenshot so that we can contact the technicians to verify the issue.

Thanks for the reply... Yes, automatic updates are enabled but no new firmware offered for more than 3 months. SN number shared with PM.

Well I'm stuck on 4.3.9_2033. I have automatic Updates off but still I should be able to update manually right? The app always tells me that this is the latest firmware. I never been able to update for months.

I'm also from Norway, and have been stuck on 4.3.9_2033 for the last 3 months with the x50 Ultra Complete (With auto updates on)......., but my neighbor that bought the x50 Ultra 2 days ago (Not the complete) is on 4.3.9_2908...

Could you please share details of that e-mail if possible? I really need acceptible answers for this issue…

There are lots of improvements in the firmwares which we missed.

But the response I got on E-mail is way more detailed than the respons people get from Dreame here on this forume... Here they are vague and short answered. But on Email they went down in detail onall

@Hicks, Nope I do not, but i E-mailed Dreame support and got an acceptable and detailed answer from a gentleman called Jessy on why the different versions are pushed out. I'm still in contact with him

@Angvik, are you using any DNS or network based URL blockers, like preventing ads etc. in your home network?
