X50 Ultra Complete stuck on an old update...

Hi,
I have a question regarding the firmware rollout for the X50 Ultra.
A friend of mine bought the X50 Ultra (non-Complete version) two days ago, and his unit came with firmware 4.3.9_2908.
My unit has had Auto Update enabled for months, yet I am still stuck on 4.3.9_2033.
Before suggesting regional differences or batch variations — my friend lives next door and purchased his X50 Ultra from the same store as I did. The only difference is that I bought the Complete accessory package and he didn’t. Otherwise, the robots are identical.
So my question is:
Why have I (and many others on the forum, from what I’ve seen) not received any firmware updates for months?
The robot is not even 6 months old yet, and it’s frustrating to feel left behind on outdated software.
A clarification on how the update rollout works — and why some devices are being skipped — would be highly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello,

Due to different production batches, the backend management system for the X50 utilizes distinct software versions. Consequently, firmware upgrades may result in varying software version numbers.

However, both 2033 and 2908 represent the latest versions, differing only in their numerical designations.

My X50 is also running 4.3.9_2033 (Netherlands)

When will I get Matter support as written in the specifications?
This response is technically contradictory. If, as you claim, versions 2033 and 2908 are identical and only differ in numerical designation, then why do units with version 2033 lack the specific features (like Matter support) that are present in other batches?
By stating that these are 'the latest versions' and 'the same,' you are effectively admitting that the units stuck on 2908 have a hardware defect, since they do not perform the same functions as the others despite having the 'latest' software.
You cannot blame 'production batches' to justify a lack of features promised at launch. If the software is the same, then my unit is defective. I expect a technical solution, not a justification based on batch numbers.
