Scraping sound in vacum only

Hey,
Firstly loving the X50 atm. To the whole team and Dreame absolutely amazing little robot.

One minor thing has popped up though, today i requested it to vaccum first and mop second, i noticed when vaccuming on a the hard floor there was a load scraping sound. Its not clear what was scraping.

Any ideas ?

The noise might be caused by the roller brush cover or the rubber brush rubbing against the floor. Please remove the roller brush cover and the roller brush from the bottom of the machine, then start the machine and observe.

The friction between the rubber strip of the new roller brush cover and the floor might cause the noise. You can continue using it a few times and observe. You can also check if the side brush is deformed.

If the noise comes from the roller brush, check if there is any entanglement at both ends of the roller brush. Ensure the cover is properly snapped into place on all four sides during installation.

If the noise comes from the drive wheel, turn off the robot, press down on both sides of the drive wheel, and slide the drive wheel to check if it can rotate and if it can bounce back when released. Clean thoroughly. Also, rotate the caster wheel to check if it moves smoothly. If not, please clean it.
