L40 Ultra ae mop

I have an l40 ultra ae and have had problems with the mop since day 1, ive had it for a week now. Initially the mop would extend and not retract which would then cause docking issues. I had to power down the unit to resolve this, but now the mop doesnt extend with everything turned on, ai mop extend high frequency, under cabinet amd edge cleaning.

Hello, if you have already set the mop extension frequency to "high frequency" but the mop still does not extend, it might be due to an internal motor failure. We recommend contacting our after-sales department for further assistance.
