Not powering on

I was doing maintenance on my robot and when I went to turn it back on it wont power up. The lights on the top flash for a second when pressed and doesn’t come on however, if I dock the robot so it’s powered it comes on. It has 84% battery.
If I ask it to leave the dock it moves forward a bit then completely shuts off. I only got this delivered on the 10.10.2024 and its stopped working any ideas?

Try to clear the cache from the Dreamehome app and turn of the robot and the base and start everything again.

Have you tried to check if you have any software updates to do? What about the app is that update?

Try to cancel and r instal again the app, meanwhile dock and robot will be off. Restart everything as it was new

How i going? Have you fix the problem?

It looks like maybe your battery died? How old is it? I had the same problem. After leaving the base immediately shutdown.
