X50 Ultra Mop Pads making Robot stuck in station when cleaning job starts

Hi,

Just bought the X50 and after multiple attempts to start cleaning jobs, it just won't leave docking station. Light turns blu, LDS comes up, it doesn't move anywhere. After a while, voice says error along the way of "Please Install Mop Pads to resume cleaning" and then cleaning is aborted (although never started). If you manually try to take it out of station and place it 3 CM in front of station and start cleaning job, it will start cleaning... after 15-25 M2 it will return to station, clean the mop, empty dustbin and so on... same error when trying to move away from docking station.

IT feels like a software bug/error as there is absolutely no install error at all, but it seems related to where it is docked in the station and where the mop placements are in the station. It's just a gutfeeling i have, but when you leave it anywhere and it goes back to station it starts som cleaning of the mop pads (which i guess is fine), but resuming from this never works.

Googling around, this seems to be a very common error without anyone every having a fix that works.

So asking here to see if others have a fix to this, as it's brand new and never even managed to do a single complete run yet with about 5 rooms.
It only managed to get out of the docking stations once by itself after spamming clean-button for about 10 min everytime it got stuck.

When i take it out manually, it also feels like the pads are "stuck", making the robot unable to move away with them.

Anyone got any tips/ideas or shall i just return it? It's worth mentioning that it did clean and run properly with single room selections and manual placement on the floor, just doesn't seem to leave the station with the mops attached after they are wet/cleaned by the station automatically.

Hello,

We recommend checking if the mop pad holder can be lifted properly. If it cannot be lifted, this situation might occur.

You can try resetting the robot to see if it resolves the issue. If not, you may need to contact the seller or our after-sales service for further assistance.

To reset the robot: Open the top cover of the robot. There is a small reset hole near the Wi-Fi indicator light side. Press it for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Start restoring factory settings." Then start the robot to see if it works normally.
