Abnormal water in wasboard

I keep getting the “Abnormal Water in Washboard” message. Each time it appears, I remove the washboard and empty the water, but the issue comes back almost immediately. The machine keeps leaving water in the washboard and won’t continue the cycle. I’ve already cleaned the metal clips and followed all the recommended steps to fix this, but the problem keeps returning.

Have you tried the 'Clean the washboard base manually' in Dock Settings?
Try this and see if the waste water is pumped into the dirty water tank.

The abnormal water level in the cleaning board is closely related to the seal of the sewage tank. You can check if the sealing ring of the sewage tank is displaced or deformed. Ensure that the clips on the sewage tank lid are securely fastened.

This issue may also be caused by a blockage in the pipes. You can use wire or a toothpick to clean the drainage pipes and outlets.
