Move robot to an open space

I recently purchased the matrix 10 ultra. Now I get very often the message to move my robot to an open area and restart the task, even in the middle of a task. And I had also a few times that the LDS is not working. What can I do? this needs to be solved else I am sending it back

An error in an open area might be caused by an obstruction in the bumper sensor or the laser sensor. We recommend manually cleaning the bumper sensor and the laser sensor to ensure both can rebound normally. Afterwards, restart the robot and attempt the task again.

If there are furniture obstructions on the cleaning path causing narrow passages, or if restricted zones/virtual walls have been set up creating narrow pathways, you may need to adjust the position of the furniture or modify the restricted zones and virtual walls to allow more space for the robot to pass.

For furniture bottoms that are similar in height to the robot: If your robot enters the area beneath furniture that is of a similar height, there is a possibility that the laser sensor or the body of the robot may become stuck. In such special scenarios, we suggest setting up restricted zones to avoid these areas.
